Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I pay for my registration?

A: We accept Debit, MasterCard, Visa and Cash as forms of payment.

Q: Can I play on the same team with my friend?

A: We do not accept team placement requests.

Q: Can I ask for a specific coach?

A: We do not accept specific Coach requests.

Q: How are coaches selected?

A: All coaches with BYSC are volunteers.  Coaching selections are made as parents, family members or friends request to do so.  If we do not have enough coaching volunteers, the Director will call all parents on the team and find a volunteer to coach.

Q: What time is game time for the Outdoor Season?

A: Game time is 7:00pm.  In August, the time changes to 6:30pm.  Please check your schedule for exact dates and time.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: In order to request a refund, you will need to bring in your PINK copy of the registration form.  Requests must be submitted no later than June 15th for the Outdoor Season and December 1st for the Indoor Season.  All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.  Please note that we do not refund late fees or REP/Select Sur-charges.

Q: Rain Out Policy?

A: The only time we will cancel games is if the City of Brampton has closed their fields.  Once we are notified we will post it on the website.  If there is no mention on the website, you must proceed to the fields and the referee will make the call at field if the game will start or if it will be cancelled.  Only games that have been cancelled due to field closures will be rescheduled and only if time and field availability permits.  Alternately when you arrive at the field if the field is in poor condition,  you can call (905)874-2000 or 311 to confirm if the field is playable.
